Owner & Coach Aly

Hey guys! I am so excited to welcome you to Cal Cheer Empire. I have wanted to start my own cheer program for years, and the time has finally come! For the past 14 years, I have been running Central Coast Elite Cheer at Central Coast Gymnastics and have learned and grown so much. The time has come for me to go after my dream of running my own program! Cal Cheer Empire will be our NEW entity and I am so excited to start this new journey with all of you. I have been coaching Cheer and gymnastics since 2003. I graduated from Cal Poly with my teaching credential in 2009. Currently, I do not directly use my teaching credential but feel as though I use it every day teaching our athletes in such a positive, awesome environment. I love working with children and sharing my passion for cheer with them. This sport has given me so much over the years and I am so grateful that I am still involved in it.  Every day I learn and grow from this amazing sport and all our athletes. My goal is to help every athlete in our program be a better athlete, cheerleader, and person once they step out our door.

Coach Andrew

Hi! My name is Coach Andrew, however most of CCE knows me as Coach Andy. I’m originally from Paso Robles, California and growing up I played a range of sports all through high school. I was introduced to All Star Cheer as a freshman in college at Fresno State, and I immediately fell in love. For a short time I competed with a gym named Clovis United Allstars, however when I returned to the Central Coast I found myself at CCG to continue my newfound passion. I joined CCE in 2018 to compete with our Senior Restricted 5 team, Code Red and have been coaching cheer and tumbling classes ever since. Besides cheer I’m currently attending Cuesta College as a Biology major; with my main goal being medical school! Coaching has given me the chance to not only improve myself but also help improve all the amazing athletes I get to work with every day!

Coach Bre

What’s up!! My name is Breanna, Coach Bre for short.

I’m lucky enough to have begun coaching for CCE in summer of 2018. I have been immersed in the cheer world since I was a young girl and knew it was something I could never give up. I grew up in Murrieta, CA and moved to San Luis Obispo when I chose to attend Cal Poly. At Cal Poly I am majoring in Civil Engineering and minoring in Construction Management. I am engulfed in my studies as I am apart of many engineering clubs and work with a professor on campus conducting research for the depart of energy. In my free time, I tend to escape to the closest beach or head to a sports game. Cheerleading has given me the confidence to pursue my passions and be the strong person I am today. Every time I’m in the gym I hope to inspire and encourage the athletes to be their best self with confidence and pride and to make many memories along the journey.

Coach Emma

Hi! My name is Emma and I love being a part of the CCE coaching staff! I am from Camarillo, CA and moved to San Luis Obispo in 2018 when I started attending Cal Poly as a History major. I’ve been lucky enough to experience many different sides of the cheer world including all star and high school cheer. I have worked as a UCA instructor for the past two years and am currently continuing to grow my love of cheerleading at Cal Poly as a member of the Cheer and STUNT team there. In my free time you can probably find me line dancing with my friends or reading! I love getting to know each and every athlete at CCE and helping them grow both inside and outside of the gym.

Coach Maddie

Hey! My name is Coach Maddie and I’m so thrilled to be coaching at CCE! I was born and raised in Roseville, California, about 30 minutes from Sacramento, and moved to San Luis Obispo to study Emergency Medicine and Kinesiology at Cuesta College. I’ve been in the cheer industry since before I can remember and have been an athlete on levels 1-4! I got into cheer after being a gymnast at Extreme Gymnastics and quickly joined their small, growing cheer program. I then became a part of Golden Elite Allstars and took every opportunity to perform on the cheer mat with many of their teams. I started coaching about 2 years ago with Golden Elite in cheer and tumbling and I’m super stoked I get the chance to continue coaching cheerleading. Whenever I have free time I like to go to Pismo Beach and get some sun and if it’s warm, I’ll happily spend some time in the ocean either surfing or boogie boarding! I love working with so many different athletes of all ages and skill levels and I’m so excited to share my passion for this sport with them!!
